Next Steps

  • Call your primary care doctor to let them know you’re pregnant.
  • Schedule a prenatal care visit with your obstetrician-gynecologist (OB/GYN) doctor or nurse-midwife (CNM) now — no referral needed.

One-on-One Doula Support

You may also be eligible for FREE one-on-one support from a doula! A doula is a professional who provides prenatal, labor, and postpartum support for pregnant, birthing, and postpartum people. Yuchana St. Germain-Brown

Greetings! My name is Yuchana, and I am a Perinatal Care Coordinator at Revere Health Choice. I am passionate about improving women’s health and pregnancy outcomes, which ultimately led me to become a doula and get my degree in public health. I have a deep commitment to supporting pregnant individuals. I take pride in connecting with members, offering vital information to ease their mental load, and being a trusted source of support throughout their pregnancy journey. I look forward to working with you.

Natalie Pagan

Hi! My name is Natalie Pagan. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked with families in various settings. I found my passion working in the maternal newborn field though my previous role as a resource coordinator for WIC. I enjoy being a source of support for my members and providing them with referrals, resources, and the care they need to have a healthy beginning with their babies. Most importantly, I love to be a part of the journey with my members from pregnancy to postpartum.
